About our Recipes…
All of our cakes, cookies, pies, cheesecakes, tarts, fillings and frostings are made from scratch. We are pleased to offer great-tasting vegan options, and many recipes can be made halal upon request. If you or your guests have any allergy concerns, please ask, and we will provide detailed ingredient lists.
If you would like a particular flavor not listed, please ask.
Candy pieces, shaved chocolate and other additional fillings can be added on request.
Fondant
We can cover cakes in most brands of fondant: Wilton and Satin Ice are the most common, but we recommend our home-made Marshmallow Fondant.
